News: The price of housing in Spain has decreased by 12%

According to the latest Economic Bulletin of the Bank of Spain, the price of housing in Spain has decreased by 12% until the fourth quarter of 2009 from their highs. Outside of official data and although it is not habitual in the market you can find properties whose prices can drop up to 40%.
