When the whole project is ready and you are agreeing with the estimate, we apply for building licences and start to build your new home.

How much it will cost me? The final price always will depend of your project. You may think this is an expensive project, but we can make this with in everybody's reach.

How long does it take? The whole process from the beginning choosing the plot, passing from the project designs, obtain licences, etc. can vary, but the estimate time is around 12-18 months approximately.
